I was unhappy that the item arrived in a crushed box. While I know that the shipper has no control over how it gets handled they could have packed the item with more protection. Since that was not done the box for the figures was smashed also. The contents are ok but this diminished the resale value. Next time especially with collectibles please add some additional packing like bubble wrap to protect from damages inflicted by the carrier.

I am sorry that USPS did this. Unfortunately, if I had wrapped it in
bubble wrap, it would not have prevented the damage. Since it is
priority packaging, you can take it to your post office and file a claim.
Priority is covered for free up to $50.00.

The doll it self is in good condition its just the box and shipping time i had issues with. Apparently it was supposed to come in by Mon 27 but actually came in Tues 28. And although the delivery box was fine, the doll box wasnt and was opened. However, im just going to assume this is the fault of the delivery company and not the seller
