Lightweight with pleasant odor.
This product goes on the skin silky smooth, and has a very pleasant light odor;. At 73, I've decided it was time to give my skin a boost, and this has proven to be a perfect product for morning use (at night I use the Neutragena Rapid Wrinkle Repair). Since starting this about a month ago, I've found my skin to be much 'plumper" and smoother, and the wrinkles that I had have almost completely gone away. A note- since this is water gel, it could be more drying to dry skin, in which case switching to the gel-cream version may be better. I don't think anyone has mentioned it, but when using this (or any product that contains retinol), it is very important to wear a sun blocker or just avoid the sun. Lightweight and absorbs quickly!
My daughter loves this moisturizer and highly recommended that I give It a try. I've been using It for about 3 weeks now and really like it! It is lightweight, goes on smoothly and absorbs quickly. It is not at all heavy or greasy. My face is left feeling smooth and hydrated. Also, a very little goes a long way, so it's going to last a while. I have combination skin and it works well for me. My Grandmother used Rainbath for years as did my Mother; I couldn’t wait to be old enough to use it myself, “the fancy ‘soap’ for adults not kids.” My Grandmother passed before I discovered Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Water Gel Moisturizer.
