After genuinely apologizing to the buyer immediately and asking what I could do to make it better (ie a partial refund) - their exact response was “I was really hoping that it was a little bigger but I can tell you made an honest mistake, I'll accept as is . Thank you for your quick reply.” Then a couple months later received this negative feedback, completely tanking my 100% positive feedback, dropping it to 66.7% positive even tho it was my first and only negative feedback ever received.
