Arrived with missing parts, warped chain spindle, shredded back tire. Rear brakes constantly scrape. Cannot properly adjust derailer because spindle is warped. The newest issue after only 20 miles is a constant rattling from the front wheel. It's at a point I don't even want to ride because it's so embarrassing. Best part is seller promised to send parts but was clearly just buying time until it was too late to return it. I don't often leave feedback. Take my word, try another manufacturer.

Fast service. Purchased on Saturday, shipping prepared on Sunday, FedEx picked up Monday and delivered it to the east coast Friday before noon. It was packaged very well. I had communicated with the seller twice. Once before my purchase and once after. Both times they responded within 12 hours.
Assembly went well. The battery was near a full charge. I finished charging while I assembled the bike. I took my time and finished in 2 hours. It arrives mostly assembled, so their's not much to it.
