The customer service was great, and they reached out and warned me that they may not survive shipping due to the climate where I live, and let me know I could still cancel. I successfully got a refund before they shipped, and ended up re-purchasing with the heating pack. They came just as described!

I can't recommend this seller enough! I ordered 10 orange isopods plus some springtails. When the package arrived there were no springtails. I reached out to the seller who promptly apologized and immediately offered to ship some replacement springtails. When I got the replacement I saw that not only did the seller send the springtails, they also sent me some extra isopods! I am super grateful for the excellent service and communication. By the way, they all arrived alive and healthy :)

The isopods were packaged well and shipped faster than expected, unfortunately none of them survived the trip. After notifying the seller about the DOAs I was offered a refund. The communication throughout my shopping experience has been excellent, so I highly recommend this store if you’re in need of isopods.
