Seller advertises items with free worldwide shipping. Once I placed my order and paid with PayPal the seller messaged to say I should cancel the eBay order, that they couldn't afford to ship through eBay's terms, and that I needed to pay through Alibaba or a direct wire transfer to them. I refused and said I already paid through eBay and PayPal. They canceled the order saying it was "the buyer's request" and refunded the transaction to PayPal. The WORST transaction in 25 years of using eBay.

Excellent machine. They forgot the sample PC board used for testing. Also, don't forget to add customs taxes for bringing into the US )about $1100). Was well packaged in foam and wooden box. Also, it's very heavy. I asked for help several times and they responded very quickly; about 12 hour time difference.
