    This stuff is only released to food banks and other food insecurity resources. I’m not sure how the vendor gets it, but it’s delicious. I hope it eventually makes it’s way into supermarkets.

    Lakeside Pork or Beef are superior for prepping, camping, or just a tasty quick meal at home.

    Not a fan of this ground pork, the Lakeside Pork cans with their meaty "carnitas" type chunks is tastier. The Lakeside Beef is also a better ground meat. I cook them with diced serrano peppers, onions, and tomatoes in its own fat. Makes for easy tasty tacos.

    Very good flavored pork in a can

    We really like this pork. Use it for tacos and putting it over rice mainly. Actually tastes like pot roast after simmering for while in frying pan. It is packed together tightly and have to separate and remove any pieces of fat found but is worth the effort. Has several servings in can
