No problem with the item description or condition. Big issue with the delivery. Wrong name on the label. No apartment number on the label. So the delivery service had many issues delivering the package. Which lead to a delayed delivery. Messaged the seller with no response. Pretty bad experience if you ask me.

I was sent a dry box listed as new, however it came without the handle! I can scarcely believe that was an oversight. The seller did give a 50% refund which is acceptable. But I felt like it was an attempt to defraud me. I didn’t want a defective product with a partial refund after the fact. To his credit, he did also offer to exchange it. I had to get a handle from the manufacturer. So it ended up ok.
