Typewriter as described, very carefully packaged against damage. Shipping costs for this heavy typewriter were very reasonable. Ribbon didn't advance, but some mineral spirits on the relevant connectors freed it up and now it works like a charm. Great deal, great seller! A+++

You would think that on a $200 item some common sense would go into packaging it into something that would fit. Not this seller! They forced it into 2 of the cheapest bubble mailers taped together because it didn’t fit and guess what? It arrived broken! Better yet, they tried to blame the damage on me! Very disappointed with them and their customer service snow jobs.
They’re probably going to reply with how they did everything to make things right. Don’t believe it!

It is very upsetting to see the negative feedback, only because we resolved your issue. Initially you asked for $15 on a partial, and I did indeed send $20 back. We have sent many Snap-on socket sets packaged the same as yours, and never any issue. Sorry that you feel this way, but your problem was handled on our end.
