Buyer should understand that you need an item release form if planning to pick up from their warehouse which cannot be sent through ebay messaging. I received that form through my email and made arrangements to pick up the storage building with the seller. Everything went as planned and the yard employees were very helpful in loading. Good product from a reliable seller.
