    Very comfortable

    Good quality. Hole maybe could be Bigger but I had a donut that I had to use for 3 months before there was relief. So we'll see. Very comfortable and soft. Looks like a cushion and not broadcasting untrue hemmeroid issues. I really hope it works.

    So-so....

    It's not a miracle. I drive around 35 to 40k a year and have sciatic problems(L4-L5, L5-S1) and have been through a surgery and just started in the disgusting world of pain management. That's not pertinent. This may be better used as an office chair pad. It's DECENT at best in a car. My car needs extra support, it's a Focus so it's not meant to feel like a lincoln and hold you snug in the seat. So if you're looking to test one out this one is worth a shot, just don't go expecting miracles and you'll be satisfied. It's dirt cheap and built very well

    Best seat cushion, life saver

    I don't normally write reviews, but I do read a lot of them, I assume what is good or bad for others is good or bad for me. Well, this is literally a life saving cushion, bought and told others about it and many people have since bought it now and they all love it. Has 10k reviews in amazon, and 99.99% are good, so, rarely this is just an outstanding product

    Very comfortable.

    My husband needed a cushion for his drivers seat in his car and the Aylio orthopedic cushion was perfect.     Generally what I was looking for

    The cushion is comfortable, and keeps my weight off my spine, which is what I wanted. I was hoping the shape of the seat would also somehow prompt me to sit up straighter, but it doesn't do that; still have to try to remember that part on my own.
