    The New FArm Vegetrarian Cookbook

    I checked this one out of the public library. It has alot of tasty, simple and very inexpensive recipes (especially if you can and or have your own gardem). The copy I got was a newer revised edition from the one I got at the library, but it is extremely wonderful. It conforms with current food safety measures. I really don't think I have the time to make tofu from scratch, but it's in there. There are alot of older recipes that have probably been forgotten because when this was originally written, I don't think Vegetarianism was quite as popular. I have tried a number of the recipes and am not disappointed!

    The OG of Plant Based Recipes

    This book was ahead of its time! Although the title says vegetarian, I'd encourage any vegan to use this book for no-nonsense, plant based recipes. Love it!

    Excellent reference guide, full of great recipes.

    So many other books made reference to recipes in this book....I decided to check it out of my local library. Very pleased with content, so decided to go ahead and get my very own copy!

    Cigarette smoke
