A good sata2 300mbps 7200rpm at a fairly low price.
(Aslo of note, an INTERNAL drive was purchased as a hard drive replacement for a netbook, NOT an EXTERNAL.) Though this drive has the exact same performance specs for the most part as the Seagate of my other review, I seem to come across far more 'dead' toshiba hard drives rather than Seagates. This was my only reason for deducting one star from the over all rating. It is another sata2 300mbps 7200rpm 2.5in formfactor budget laptop hard drive suitable for a good cheap replacement. Also boosting performance for those laptops or netbooks still running wither sata 150mbps or 5400rpm hard drives. It seems (without running a slew of diagnostic tools and benchmarks) to perform equally well to the Seagate I ordered and I (and it's new owner) ar hoping for a lengthy long life for ...
