It really works
In south Texas, November brought in Mt. Cedar pollen and that would mess up my sinus so bad I would take a day or two off from work, so I got tired of this and researched allergy prevention. I only found NasalCrom as a preventer and it works. No Mt. Cedar problem in over 5 years. I take a spray in each nostril once in the morning, then on heavy days I might take a more squirts.
