Only issue was the box was pretty torn up by UPS because the item was heavy metal and not packed real well. Fortunately, the product is such that you could drop it off a 5-story building and probably not damage it. Just glad UPS kept taping it along the way and got it to me. I would buy from seller again, but would hope more care would be taken in packing items.
