I bought Whiplash because I owned it before and lent it to a friend who never returned it. I was about half-way through the game and have been compelled to finish it. I absolutely love Whiplash because it's an entertaining platform game that has 2 kooky animal characters trying to escape an animal testing facility. There are points (cutscenes) in the game that leave you laughing hard, and it's fun trying to get from one point to another. It's not so easy though. I've had to use walkthroughs to get past a lot of points, but it's been well worth the effort. This game is not for young children as you would expect from a game with cartoon animals. It has comic mischief, but also some inuendos regarding a female nurse in the game. All in all, a fun, entertaining game that will have you laughing when you think you're so frustrated in finishing the game. It will keep you playing until the end.Read full review
I thought this was an excellent game. The graphics are smooth and the environments are well done. I think the most surprising part of this game is how long it is. Normally these cartoony action/adventure deals are fairly short, but this one offers days of gameplay through interlocking environments that represent a lab facility that the critters are trying to escape from. The story line is creative, the characters are fun, and both are presented in a humorous way. Plus you get to smash the place up ( part of the game is that you have to bankrupt the evil company by causing lots of expensive damage, so you can and in fact are encouraged to destroy pretty much everything in the place ). The only complaint I have about this game is that the 3-d map (which is VERY nessasary as the facility is huge, complicated, and the missions sometimes require you to backtrack) can be difficult to decifer.Read full review
Loved the concept of the game. Defeat the evil corporation by beating your enemies with a rabbit! Chocolate Bunny, Hare Clog, more! Collect them all! Blow up the computers! You will never look at the ducts in your office building the same again. On the negative: Camera angles occasionally suck and enemies die halfway through the walls. Overall, definite replay value. Rate: 4 out of 5.
I bought this game because it was stolen from me in 2005. I love this game because it has a very interesting story and is almost similar to the Ratchet and Clank Series just gives you more opportunity to break stuff. This game is a classic on my PlayStation 2 list of games.
I bought it because I once owned the game and traded it for something else. I did not realize my husband wanted to play the game as well and so I re-purchased the game again for him.
