I haven't had a chance to set it up outdoors yet, but I did try it indoors on a couple of bands with it laying somewhat sideways across some chairs and the counterpoise laying on the floor. It seemed to look reasonable on my antenna analyzer. While the antenna arrived in 10 days, that seemed a little long when the listing showed the location as New Jersey. I suspect it actually shipped from China to a forwarder in the U S that then gave it to UPS for delivery.
