Really fast but limited by its motherboard.
Pros: 1) the computer is 2.4x faster at rendering dv than my I5-2310 (3 ghz) and only used 90% of the CPU and 45% of the gpu so I'm very happy with the speed. 2) Inclusion of ryzen 3500 and GTX 1650 super at this price is a great deal. Cons: 1) although the computer is quiet enough so I don't hear it during the day time, at night time I hear a high pitched whine (probably from the cpu fan since it spins at 3800 rpm). I wish it had a quieter, variable speed cpu fan. this would have only costed about $5 more HP, come on! 2) There is only 1 fan in computer case, and no power headers to add a 2nd intake fan. I plan to add a Noctua intake fan where the HDD would go, but now I have to figure out what kind of adapter I need to buy to use the power from the SATA cable. 3) the SATA power ... They needed to be about 3-5 inches longer. You could buy extenders, but that's a hassle. 4) the bios locks you out of making any adjustments at all, and you can't even run dram at XMP settings. This is a shame since Ryzen cpu gets better with faster memory. HP- can't you enable XMP settings, even if you disable the most aggressive ones to limit risk? 5) You can only run 1 NVME super fast ssd since the only available PCI slot is a 1x. would have been nice to have a slightly bigger motherboard with an available PCI x4 to add a second NVME ssd. 5) Front panel doesn't fit well, so port and buttons don't always work without re-fitting the front panel. 6) Needs a USB 3.2 type 2 C port for fastest external SSDs So overall I'm glad I bought it, but am a bit frustrated with how hard it is to customize for power users. PS: Mine was shipped with a Ryzen 3600 by accident, so that was really, really nice.

I purchase this to start a business running income tax return. It works really well and I haven't have any hiccups so far. I got a gaming desktop because I know it can handles multitasks due to the processing power of the Ryzen 5 and dedicated graphic card of the Nvidia GTX 1650 Super. It runs extremely quiet and the size is very ideal for a clean professional setup. Also, the green led lights can be turned off using the Omen software which is preinstalled in the pc. (Also, upgrade your ram!!!!!) otherwise This is the best bang for your buck with prices of components being so high. Anyway, replace a few things, and this is perfect for 1080p-60fps on most AAA titles, and all E-sports titles. Save money, consider upgrades, game. There are a few other components you may have to purchase if you upgrade motherboard/case/psu. So leave your budget open if that’s what you want immediately, but for mid-range beginners, this is literally perfect.
