Contacted the seller and they responded right away with a solution. offered a replacement or full refund with free return shipping. Disappointed item didn’t work, but it happens w electronics. Seller apparently doesn't allow contact and sold this open box as unused with no returns allowed. My bad for buying as it will not take a charge. It was delivered Thursday and I got home yesterday to open. Tried to charge and it charged up and then in minutes, the charge drained away. Did not use it. I have owned this S9000 Prestige model in an earlier generation and have had lot’s of Phillips Norelco razors and other products. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
