Took 2 weeks to get a refund for something that was described wrong in the listing. I went back and forth everyday. This was the most frustrating experience with a seller. At first, I was offered $5 to keep the item. Finally, after explaining everyday, they gave me a refund. I revised my feedback but I cannot change it to positive because no one else needs to go through this to get a refund.
