The buyer claimed units were missing despite shipping the total quantity in five boxes, each labeled with the total amount. When asked how they received them, the buyer didn't respond, only asked for IMEI numbers. Given the low cost per unit ($8), it's uncommon business practice to request such details. We offered to resend the "missing units," but received no reply

    Novatell T114 Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Broadband Router & Voice

    Great Product. I was able to eliminate both my wired home phone service, and my Satellite Internet Service with this device, and only a $20 / month fee from Verizon. Very easy to setup and use, good WiFi coverage in a 3500 Sq Ft two story house, and has three ethernet ports for those devices that don't support WiFi... Highly recommend this product, and I have actually purchased a second one to place in my vacation home, and will cancel the existing ISP account there also...

    Hit & miss signal, but good alternative for rural living.

    If you are rural and need a connection because satillite internet is your only option, then this is a great alternative. The DATA connection strength is hit and miss. I get 1 bar to 3 bars...it goes up and down. The wifi signal strength in the house is nearly the same....1 bar to 4 bars. I will be forced to buy the external antenna to perhaps get an improved signal to the router as well as a wifi extender to improve the wifi signal in my home.

    Perfect solution

    My house is in "the boonies" with only overpriced 3mbs dsl available. I had a phone with a grandfathered unlimited data plan and put that sim in here, using an adapter, and it works great. I am the only house near me with "highspeed internet" and the great feature over "lte installed" is that my voice phone # is now on my cordless handsets.

    Its a cost effective and reliable 4G LTE Modem supporting Verizon. No SIM card needed; its internal and it's IMMI number is on one of the display screens. I've used there for years and they've always worked well. Verizon used to sell them as well, so it tells you its reliable.
