Dave was great about answering a question promptly and he even let me know that the shipping company was delivering it later than expected. The shipping company should offer a discount or refund for late delivery. Otherwise I was happy with this transaction. I wish there was a way to select ratings regarding the shipping that won’t reflect on Dave. I’ll give him 5 stars but knock a star off the shipping and shipping cost for that reason.
