The seller was very prompt to respond. The product arrived early and packaged really well. The only minor issue "to me" is that it wasn't quite as advertised. It said 4 up transmission, when it is actually 1 down 3 up. This is not a problem for me but for some it could be a problem. Also, I think it's important to note that this is not an actual Lifan engine, it is a replica. It does seem to be well built. With a 3 yr warranty, I'd say it is well worth it! 👍🏻

Well, the First one was received with the glass for the lid fallen out, cloth frame as well, Seller was Very Quick to respond and after some discussion sent me a replacement item, but unfortunately, the 2nd One was also was received with the glass fallen out, one corner was unglued and the lower clasp for the latch, and the screws were laying in the bubble wrap around the box , Seller did refund price of glue, I needed to fix them , So good Seller, lousy vendor/product source
