I purchased this item becuase it had a good sell on the product being Organic, which is important to me. The listing says "new in package" and I received a simple unlabeled ziploc bag with the product. After reaching out to the seller 3 times attempting to get a picture of the Organic label and to have him pay the extra shipping I was charged COD, they finally paid the COD. I reached out a final, 4th, time in an attempt for the picture of the label and that hasn't happened.

I received the product described which is always a positive. That said, I was charged a higher shipping charge than what was advertised...by almost three dollars. I sent a message to the seller about this and that I would appreciate it if they would honor the price advertised. No response or adjustment/refund. On top of that, I felt that the shipping took longer than necessary. Minus a star for each of these as the reasoning for the shipping cost rating.
