I tried to avoid doing this... But, I tried to talk to the seller. I'll add screen shots. The doll is not the same color. The TPE was cracked. No return policy. They offered $30 as a partial refund. I contacted them again. But they didn't respond. I asked for $50. I want a full refund because it was deceptive and the seller even told me that in the message. I hate leaving a negative review because it hurts the seller. Who are usually small businesses.

I paid for the doll with a blue suit and blue eyes and they sent me a totally different one, so they deceive the people who are with you. That's not right. It doesn't even look like the one in the photo. It's not at all far from the one I bought.
