So I install the new control board, and still get the same error. I reached out to Gerard, and this guy explained, in detail, what to do to accurately diagnose the problem. Turns out it was a completely different part, but he sent it right to me, and walked me through it, and made me feel absolutely supported and assured that I could do it- and I’ll be dang- HE DID IT! I HAVE HOT WATER Y’ALL!!!!! He educated me as i purchased the 1st part as per my Plumber & Seller asked for 3 pics. In 5mins he informed me that I would need another part & he also had it in stock as well. Tested parts, in mint condition, arrived in couple days and he has great prices compared to many Sellers who mind you are selling parts nit tested so we dont know if they would even work upon arrival. This same me so much time & got me back up in a short timeframe.
