The seller shipped the item one day after my order (which was outstanding) but UPSP failed to deliver the item in a timely manner. The item went to 6 different UPSP locations and was finally received 2 weeks after ordering. The seller was aware of UPSP issues and stayed abreast with their actions. One UPSP finally shipped the item to the local post office the seller immediately notified me of the current status. This was a great sale and great seller.
