The seller did not package the fragile items well and did not label the box as fragile, so unfortunately every one of the vintage goblets was shattered when it arrived. The seller gave a full refund so they took care of me as a customer, but it was a shame to have the irreplaceable vintage pieces damaged beyond recognition.
The seller shipped the items quickly but they did not go through the postal system quickly, though I don’t hold the seller responsible for that in this rating.
