These chairs are lovely and just as described. The shipping was fast and they were packaged well. They were incredibly easy to assemble and feel quite sturdy.

The barstools were received when promised, packaged well, and easy to assemble. I love the color of the cushion and rattan. The metal base is not very heavy duty, but it actually supports weight just fine. The only reason it is not 5 stars is that I was not expecting plastic rattan. In the details at the bottom of the listing it does say PE rattan, I wish that would have been up at the top. That said, I am happy with these chairs. They are very comfortable and and they look great!

They fixed the issue with my broken part by issuing a refund. I did not have to return the part . I received the refund quickly but was not refunded for the Allstate protection plan that I purchased with it and now I have no part to insure with that protection plan and they did not help with the refund the original seller did it on there own
