    Awsome product

    I had bad upper back and neck stiffness. The vertibrae in my neck was compressed from heavy lifting, I couldnt crack my own neck anymore so i knew it was compressed.. I was uncomfortable and about to go for muscle relaxers. I took a shot with this device and it works well!! My pain is 85% gone. The initial damage is still there but this device helped me because it stretches the spine which in turn lets blood get to the nerves, and the disc expands a little bit. I also bought a new bed. That got me to 90% pain free. It helped alot.

    Troublesome Therapy Device.

    This product is suitable, only for small people, who need only mild therapy. The harness has short straps and insufficient velcro fasteners. The level of discomfort is not manageable. Nevertheless, for people with a smaller head, who need mild therapy, it could be a money saver.

    Works Great

    I recommend putting a paper towel or something over the door as the cushions will leave a mark. The water bag will work good but I run a chain through lead weights and use those instead. A little confusing putting the head gear on but once you get it down it goes good. Make sure the Velcro straps are in the back with the Velcro facing up. Always remember to take the head gear off first or you'll get a clunk on the head from the falling bar. Works great. I put it on and watch TV while my neck stretches.

    It keeps me going !!

    this thing keeps me going, broke my neck twice , hours and hours of therapy, injections , massage, tens unit, etc. but to get almost instant relief i use the traction device,, it just works,, at least for me.

    This Helps !

    This device is easy to set up and use, and does help my neck. I have a big head and neck but the sling is sized for more average sizes and I had to do some modifications to it. This is so reasonably priced though that I'm not complaining.
