These do 'exactly' what they say they will do. These are great if you have sinus problems and your nose sort of closes up at night. You can 'really' breathe again with your mouth closed. It takes a couple of nights to get used to something taped to your nose but you will soon get over it. Non habit forming but you sure can get addicted to a good nights sleep. Highly recommend. Prices on ebay are generally a lot cheaper than in 'any' retail store. Yes, even Wal-Mart. Do some searching and get the best prices. Highly recommend.These do 'exactly' what they say they will do. BreathRight Strips for sensitive skin
I was recently diagnosed with sleep Apnea, as part of the process I was instructed to use Breath Right strips to open my nose allowing for better machine function. The issue is not the company I bought from, it is the strips, they say 1-size for all adults and they are not long enough to do anything for me. I guess it is all about nose shape, but obvious the package indicating 1-size fits all adults is not only misleading it is a outright lie. Bought a box many years ago. Only used a few because they would not stay on for more than a few hours at best. Yes, I washed my nose thoroughly (outside of course), let it dry and carefully applied the strip. Those old strips only stayed on for a few hours. So I recently bought these EXTRA (50% Stronger) Breathe Right Strips. Hey, they stayed on for 8 hours, not 4 or 6 like the old ones. At this rate, perhaps in 20 years or so, one will be able to buy BRStrips that stay on for 10-12 hours. OK. I have also purchase some Skin Tac liquid adhesive. Wash nose thoroughly, let it dry, apply Skin Tac (very carefully), let it dry, then carefully apply the BRStrip and press down. Now I get all nite nose breathing, and at breakfast, the thing is still mostly working. Thru the day the ends peel ... Bought a box many years ago. Finally sleeping well.
I tried many many remedies to get a better nights sleep but nothing ever worked as well as these strips. Had to get the heavy duty extra strong as I have a large nose but they work like a charm.
