I had to file a dispute with eBay. Seller sent me a fish NOT matching the picture/description+admitted to it. I received a blue fish. Not a purple copper black betta. I have attached photo proof of convo.They also neglected to pack the fish properly, putting bare minimum amount of water in the bag (to make shipping cost as low as possible for them) causing the fish to die during transit. They didn’t add a heat pack. They gave no option for me to add one, so it was assumed one would be provided.

Fish were DOA. Poor packaging and shipment arrived a few days late. Contacted seller and was offered fish replacements. Never happened. Contacted seller again to get update on fish replacements. Was told we agreed on a refund. No, I asked for a refund but was offered fish replacements instead. Poor communication and have yet to receive refund. I do not recommend.

I had a very good experience when buying live fish online, this wasn’t the good experience, the fish arrived dead, there wasn’t any labels indicating a “Live fish” on the box to let the handler knows there was a live animal in this box, so that probably the causes for it death. The sellers was apologetic so I appreciate their empathetic response and refund, the shipping time didn’t matched though cause I have to wait 4 more days delay than expected, so I’m just being neutral about this.
