I ordered a 8 1/2 I probably would fit a size 8 but with these the velcro allows you to tighten and loosen them to fit perfect. I highly recommend these so much! I bought these to work in, I'm on concrete floors for 6 to 7 hours a day and they make the work day go by faster because my feet aren't hurting anymore.
