    Love this book! I can just picture those cooks of long ago preparing those meal! They didn’t use “ready to heat & eat” foods, every thing made frm scratch . It all sounds so good!! The biscuits, grits, chicken , beans , and on and on. So fascinating! Thank you for writing this book. Plus all the family stories that go along with the cooking.
