First, the item arrived in a very best up box and trash (yes, trash) was used for padding. Second, the monitor wrapping consisted of multiple left over bubble wrap pieces from other shipping. And lastly, they sent the wrong monitor. It was not even the same brand or close to the quality of the Dell monitor in the listing. The seller provided a refund but that wasn't enough to instill. Confidence and buy something else from them.
