    Good lens on quality and price

    Good product for its price. Lens Sony SAL50F18 50mm f/1.8 allows you to create artistic images in automatic and manual shooting modes. When you reach the desired aperture get a sharp image with blurred or sharp background. In testing with a full-frame lenses significant differences have not been identified. A great lens for shooting portraits. The lens has a special pattern. Eloquently conveys the colors and lighting of the subject. Fast and precise focusing. The quality of the pictures above, than at use of a standard lens SAL-1855. The purchase of a more expensive lens SAL-50F14 appropriate, if in the future it is planned to purchase a digital camera with a full frame sensor.

    Great lens, excellent value for money

    I bought this lens to take portrait pics of my niece and nephew. The colours come out beautifully and the depth of field means that the photos are stunning. So good that me brother in law asked if I had touched up the images before giving to them when I had done nothing at to the images. The lens itself is very small and light (maybe too light?) and feels more plasticky than some of my other lenses ut he images are very sharp with good detail even in low light conditions. Being a prime lens means it takes a bit of practise to get the best from the lens but its worth it for the final product.

    buy this lens.

    fantastic lens, a must have for any photographer who wants to broaden their portfolio. depth of field is perfect for getting supper crisp portraits. may have to invest in a few other prime lenses depending on what you are looking to use it for.
