After not receiving the item on date the USPS said it was dropped off, Adrienne at Reduxion55 was great in notifying the Post Office where I live of the issue. We were able to track it down (delivered to the wrong address). Once opened, everything was in perfect condition and I appreciate that she used all recyclable material, including the corn (compostable) packing peanuts. All in all, a very nice job!
