Not the best purchasing experience. Was told purchase was delayed as they did not see my payment even though eBay confirmed. After multiple messages and calling their number (which didn’t help), they confirmed shipment but it took way too long from time of order. Response time was lackluster and unclear. I’m debating if I should have bought through Amazon or xgimi website for peace of mind. With that said, item came in very good shape and packaging.
