Horrible this part is advertised as the part for an s550. It’s not! Got the part removed from my car for the mechanic to check the part and tell me it’s not for an s550. Get charged for that for them to send me a shipping label to return this item and wanna charge me over 50$ to send back just to be able to give me the difference in the refund! Completely unfair and I’m pissed off! Never order from them!

2. The products looks as described. The mechanic has not yet changed the transmission filter neither on our 2004 CRV/Accord.
3. The seller is very willing to work with buyer and very helpful.
4. The product is described as a genuine OEM Honda transmission filter, but I did not see any OEM Honda Markings on the filter. I trust the seller and believe these are OEM.
5. The seller seems to be very responsive and very reliable. Looking forward for future purchases.

Very misleading, does not have product in stock as advertised, only sent half of order, seller is based in china so communication is awful, also sent random $2.00 gas cap to show eBay they fulfilled my order, when I confronted them about it they said it was a “free gift for my troubles” . Worst eBay experience yet!
