I ordered an $800 compound bow. I received a medium sized square box full of foam duck decoys. A bow would never have fit in that box so obviously attention to detail is not their forte. I contacted them and was told they would contact the person they accidentally shipped the bow to and get back to me in a few days. I advised I wanted my money back. I received an email stating they would refund my money after they received the decoys I needed to ship back. Pitiful customer service.

We didn't think the decoy box had a bow in it. We did mix up 2 labels when doing multiple shipments. We apologized to both customers for our mistake & attempted to make it right. The other customer was very nice & understanding & ordered more items from us saving himself even more money. This customer was not nice nor understanding & ended up missing out on a brand new bow at 40% off. When given the chance we do stive for excellent customer service as seen in all of our other reviews.
