Disappointing experience. The seller assured me the lamp didn't need programming, but it arrived scratched and not working properly. Then, the seller said it needed programming and sent a YouTube video, which didn't help. Returning it would cost me $80 in shipping twice. This is unfair. I request the seller cover the shipping costs or issue a full refund. Not recommended.
