It's somewhat helpful
This is not a comfortable brace as it pokes into my under arms and puts pressure on my neck. However, it does seem to help the pain in my upper back. I've been wearing it for a few hours while working trying to work up to wearing it a full 8-9 hour shift.

Don't fall for the supposed Hempvana content.
It chafes under the arms and the straps do not lay flat. It does not change one's posture at all.
