The Chromebook was as described. Works and have not found any issues. The package was superb, very carefully packed with lots of bubble wrap. Shipping was disappointing, but can't blame the seller. This is probably eBay shipping. Shipping was slow. Tracking was not helpful. I received the delivery but the tracking still says waiting at the border. This caused me stress. Not to mention, without knowing when it was delivered, it was sitting on my porch outside. Someone could have stolen it!
