The delivery was faster than expected. No assembly required. Operational instructions had some errors in grammar, accuracy and clarity; however, the chair performed well. I made numerous practice runs which are valuable to do without an occupant. This allows you to get a feeling for room required to operate at home and establish a method of operation and manipulation in various areas of the home. One minor side issue was that the new, rubber tracks leave black marks on carpeted steps.

Thanks! I had to trim some extra metal from the casting at the disconnect section so it would work properly. The threaded hole for the bolt connector was drilled and tapped slightly off-angle but it still works OK.
