The seller actually did their part correctly however, the post office did not do their job apparently. The package was sent to have been delivered but according to my apartment manager, it never got there, and I had to open up an investigation with the USPS as to what happened to the package. As far as the seller is concerned, I would give him positive mark for being extremely patient with me as a customer.
