Fun! We love our Legos!
Originally our 5-1/2 year old wanted the passenger plane for Christmas. It was also a retired set and cost prohibitive. After losing a bidding war over a used set of the passenger plane. I then looked for other planes. This one is so much fun with the little water Lego pieces that can be dropped from the middle of the plane while flying. So cool and 1/2 the cost of the other used set as a NEW set. It is a nice bright red and he is having so much fun. It also has a large wing span. He has not asked about the other plane at all. He assembled it himself with no problem. Originally our 5-1/2 year old wanted the passenger plane for Christmas. It was also a retired set and cost prohibitive. I bought this for my Grandson. Which by the way he had ask for this for his Christmas Present. It would appear that it was a big hit. He had it completed Christmas Evening and was very proud that he had accomplished building it. Next year I hope to get him an even tougher kit! But this one was a big hit. Of course when I showed up to fix something at his house. He just had to show it to me. 5 Stars for both the product and the Vendor that I bought it from! I bought this for my Grandson. Great set!
This is a fantastic set! Complete with a jeep and firefighting equipment/trailer, a firefighter, a water bomber plane with pilot and crew chief, and two trees with enough flames to apply to both. This magnificent set should never have been retired by Lego. Even then, however, you can still claim this set for a pretty fine price here on Ebay.
