Customer service is beyond terrible. Took them over a week to ship out the package. They told me they are doing renovations on the building and shipments are delayed. Price went down $15 on the item and as an apology they offered me 5 percent off my next purchase which I declined LOL 😂. They wouldn't even give me the difference since the price dropped. Worst experience I have ever had with Renogy and I own a lot of remote equipment.
