    Bought two bikes, upon delivery I found that one controller worked and the other didn't. Worked out the problem with tech staff, resolved issues and returned and received a new controller that worked. Overall experience a C+ - controller should have been factory tested, response time from tech services was slow, at first asked me to wait until they received the broken controller before sending replacement, talked them into sending as soon as possible as it was the problem to fix.
