The boots were advertised as new but, upon arrival, were missing essential pieces to make them usable. The product sent was missing inner lace/ not usable which was NOT detailed in the description. I contacted the seller and the seller replied and stated did not realize the parts were missing but did not wish to correct the situation. Now I must take the boots to a ski/snowboard shop and hope they can make the boots usable. I was then told I was harassing the seller by communicating the issue.

After having the boots about a week (5 days) they messaged me wanting aftermarket laces for the inside boot to which they wanted me to pay for. After insulting me i said no to their request and then they continued to harass me with a barrage of messages & left me this review. Prior to leaving this review buyer stated they would have gave me a positive review on my quick responses ect. definitely abusing the eBay system.
