This seller is doing a board-line fraud. The item isn't any sort of "open-box". The box was actually missing, not-included. Everything came stuffed into clear plastic bag. The earbuds condition can be described as pre-owned, used, and defective garbage. Ear-tips came with the mid-size pair already being wore-out and cracked. Right ear-piece battery charge drops faster than the left one, definitely being used before.
